I don't have a bra, but I have been sending my opinion to them for years. If these were real corporations they would've been shut down years ago non performing. They know there's a cure, it's called "change your lifestyle." It's called "clean up your environment." Why would they ever come up with a cure? It would put them out of business.
I've just about had it with the disinformation and propaganda spread by the CDC and other coopted (non)experts from the medical community. They've supported junk science with increasing regularity while denying long established, scientific method based research. We listened to the criminal fauci, made him rich, while he adamantly demanded we follow the science. If we did follow the science we wouldn't have had the 1000s of vaccine induced injuries/deaths.
LoL mebbe 'Bra's' from back in the 'day' do this damage...
Comment From a full breasted small framed woman...
The bra's these days are made from elastic are very flimsy and stretch out to NOTHING in less than 3 months... ALL synthetic junk petrolium based materials rubbing constantly on the body...
THAT may be an issue in and of itself...
Breast SUPPORT would be nice, current bra's are NOT your mamma's 'battle gear"
flismy at best at all price points...
What is available from $150. to $40 is unreliable at best...
Perhaps there is more to the story than the actual 'support system' and more about the CHEMICALS these crummy product emit...
Also..
One MUST drink plenty of fluids, frequent body/lymphatic self massage or full body massage,
practice simple lymphatic self massage drainage, and eat low carb. CLEAN foods...
Good luck with helping people learn to care for themselves...
Most of this. I do think bras are problematic, especially the fact that there’s metal against our body with all of the EMFs.
It’s about designing a bra that creates support and is still safe and healthy. And I get you sister, I’m massively large chested and I suffer without a bra. It is so painful.
So I think, instead of people saying burn your bra, it needs to come from a different place: how can we make a better bra that safer for women who need them?
If your breasts are painful, regardless of their size, then they are not healthy, and are probably filled with lymph fluid from your bra. Of course, after wearing a bra for years your breasts have become reliant on the bra for support. There are many women in the International Bra-Free Study who are very large-breasted, and who have given up their bras and experienced relief from pain. So blame the bra, don’t blame your breasts. Nobody needs a bra, just like nobody needs a corset or girdle. They’re painful because they the weigh nearly 3.5 kg apiece, that’s a lot of weight to go unsupported. Tried going without a bra for a while and it was killing me because of the weight. And at night time, it was miserable cause I kept rolling over them, pinching myself, and waking myself up. When I went braless (only when at home at night, because in my opinion, it looks massively unprofessional, and it’s also painful during the day to go without a bra ) the amount of weight created so much stress on my body To the point where I started having shoulder problems and had to go to physiotherapy. So I think women with exceptional large breasts need to have a bra. The issue is we need to have better bras that provide lymph drainage, and doesn’t have any metal. And just for women to be mindful of massaging the length glands at night once home. And then having a bra that has no underwire in night time. At least for women who have exceptionally large breasts.
A bra does not reduce the weight of the breasts, but lifts them higher on the chest wall, hurting the back, and transfers the weight to the shoulders, which causes deep grooves that harm nerves and cause headaches, neck aches, and hunched shoulders. Loosing weight may be an option. But a bra will not solve the problem, as your history shows, and will only make it worse. Best of luck to you.

They don’t follow the science; they follow the money.
I love not wearing a bra. Feels delightful on many levels.

Oh dude, I think I may have a business idea :-)
