Visible nipples? put a gel pad over the nip, and voila no issues with da nip. Wear built in bras with nip pads and some non underwire padding... freedom, no pain and no nip showing! I am working to be bra free in this manner. I have small breasts (A cup) and don't jiggle at all so no prob. for me
Its not ‘phobia’ its that men stare, and that makes ME uncomfortable. That’s why. Given the public job I do, I don’t want scum of the earth staring at me in THAT way, if you know what I mean. Reality, sad but true.

That’s great that you have found a way to be comfortable and bra-free. However, our culture needs to get beyond "nipple phobia”.
